So ya, I am sexy and I know it...but there could be some improvements. I am going to take before and after pictures of my beach ready body, but sorry no sharing.
I just completed my first Go at Jillian Michaels ' 30 day shred, level 1 and I am pooped! So this is the plan. Every other day for 6 days a week, I will do this work out. Every day I do not do this workout I will do Zumba. Sundays are my rest days :) and then another rest day during the week if I am over loaded with school, etc.
YAY!!
I am VERY impressed!!! Hope it goes well. :) I had energy for working out before we began the seminary schedule this school year. Now I'm lucky to get the laundry, dishes and housework done before I'm totally exhausted, whew!!
