Sometimes you Know Sometimes you Don't

Dear Self,

Life is a basket of oranges, you never know which ones will be sweet or sour but you don't know until you try it! By the way, whatever choice you make it will be all good because at least then you have made one and can go from there :)

Love, you

So as some of you may know...I am a Mormon. I am a Mormon and I am now considering going on a mission to serve the Church and tell people about what we believe. Right now I am struggling with the decision of going home to work for the summer or staying around school. Well, these two choices are very linked. I wish there was some way to disentangle them. hmmm...nope no thoughts yet. It will come to me probably in the shower or some other random time when I least expect it, like while drinking grape juice. I get a lot of great ideas while drinking juice and herbal tea. Huh!

So lately I feel like this. The cutie who is the one who can't get it right. Not that she doesn't know how...she just likes to be different. Maybe that's it. Maybe I just like to be different, or I am just happy with the simple fact that I am. Either way, mine is a happy life as long as I do things on the time line I should and not on another's watch. I was premature, started school late, graduated on time, skipped a semester of college, will not graduate on time, and who knows what else. And I am always either 5 minutes early or 5 minutes late for work. Odd timing. My dance teacher said that those who are learning the most are usually off beat because they are working the concepts, the timing should be secondary. I loved that. Immediately I knew that is true for me and all of my life timing. I have just been focused on the important concepts and purposes rather than doing everything the same as everyone else.

Well I hope you all have a great day and remember that timing is important for cake and cookies but with everything else its variable.

Patience

PS. Check it out!!!!

I'm a Mormon.
