A few things you should know:
1) I went to Landa Park on Saturday with some awesome friends from Institute and my brother! It was FABULOUS! Great food, awesome mini pool with freakishly cool water from the spring near by, and we went paddle boating!
2) My last Sunday with the family was great and the amazing people in my gospel doctrine class threw me a going away party! That was sweet, and the only going away party I have ever had thrown for me. Jen held it at her place, the Reynolds brought 2 delicious pasta salads and a banana pudding that takes the cake! The joiners brought super tasty broccoli, pasta, chicken casserole :) mmmm is the word. Jen made saweeet cherry pie, and soup. And brother Hatcher taught me how to make Jammin Jambalya! It was so wonderful.
3) I got a beautiful blessing from my Daddy. Nothing really beats that. Nothing can provide more comfort, strength, peace, direction, and good feeling than a father's blessing from my daddykins.
4) I got one last motorcycle ride, game of mormon bridge, and peaches n cream.
5) I got in and had a crazy busy on drugs (levaquin) day at work, etc.
6) I am now recovering from levaquin and the sinus infection.... and the crazy busy life I currently lead.
So there you go! I have done all my shopping, am set up in my lovely apartment that is only a 30 minute walk to work. Could things get better? hmmmnnn.. I will find out tomorrow when I learn about my ward. If I have a bangin ward, then ya it could. Not to mention I start my classes on monday. Love em! I love my major and find all of my classes thoroughly enjoyable and fun.
Glad you are all set up and ready for school to start!! The going-away party sounds wonderful! I didn't even hear about it, must have been busy helping my little Lewis in Primary.
